Golfin’ for the Gardens
The Ralph Smith Memorial Golf Tournament is held in October as a fund raiser for the Gardens in memory of the late Ralph Smith who was an early supporter of the Gardens. The DABG administrative building is named in honor of Ralph and his wife Carolyn.
The 4 man scramble is held at the beautiful Highland Oaks golf course which is a member of the world renowned Robert Trent Jones golf trail.
Your golfing group can register online if you like. This great day of golf includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, awards, door prizes, one year’s membership to the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens, and a great goody bag. In addition there are prizes in various events including: putting challenge, longest drive, closest to the Pin, Chip ‘N Challenge, and Hole in One prizes.
